Had a great time in Johnson City TN this past weekend. I will definitely be back, probally around summertime. Things I learned while at Johnson City:
1. There's a Cracker Barrel every 100 miles on route 81
2. Hippies still offer a room to traveling musicians to crash for the night
3. Everyone in Johnson City I've talked to has a Tennessee accent
4. Asheville, NC is a supposed music hub
5. Red Pig offers all you can eat pork bbq for only $12
6. The East Tennessee State University offers a degree in bluesgrass and old-time country music:
